The Center offers classes, seminars, and conferences on the Gardner-Webb University campus, at various off-campus sites, and soon, on-line, as continuing education for growth in ministry. For clergy, the Center, through its CCE Continuing Education program, offers church staff team-building retreats utilizing Gardner-Webb's beautiful campus facilities, as well as classes in worship, preaching, and church administration. For the laity, the Center's Lay Institute of Religion offers classes specially designed for laypersons which include courses in the Bible, theology, teacher training, deacon ministry, and church leadership, as well as courses in spirituality and health/wellness. You are especially invited to be a part of one or several of these opportunities for spiritual enrichment. Join with other Christians of various denominations in developing a dynamic spirituality that is itself a powerful witness in the twenty-first century. Our hope is to enable Christians "to grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" (2 Peter 3:18).
